FIS was down 24.7% at 12:26 p.m. ET, according to TheStreet, and down 24.16% at 1:02 p.m. ET, according to Stock Titan. The drop came on a day when the broader market rallied. These are intraday moves, and the closing price may differ.

What it means for investors

A big drop after earnings usually reflects the outlook more than the past quarter. Here, quarterly revenue and adjusted EPS grew, but the lower forecast and the CFO change came on the same day. Learn more in our guides on how to read an earnings report and how to read a stock quote.
